Stopped by turning point Paramus for brunch with the fam and had a great experience. The Wilbur skillet was delicious with crispy potatoes and scrambled eggs. The cold brew was also delicious. Definitely worth stopping by for breakfast!
The service was so nice and quick! Alli helped us choose what to eat when we were conflicted and was so sweet! Made it a great experience and she went above and beyond to be helpful. The food was amazing. Me and my friend both got the avocado toast and we had the cinnamon rolls appetizer but we had it as a little dessert. Everything was delicious and I'm excited to try more things from the menu. The tomatoes and avocado were so fresh and the bread was amazing! The restaurant was very clean and they had fun music playing! So glad this location opened near me, 10/10 recommend!
First time at the Paramus location and it was such a nice time. Our waiter was really nice and helpful throughout our entire meal. My cold brew was tasty , not may favorite, but still good and perfect for pics. The food didn't disappoint. The chicken/waffles was so good with some bacon bits on top. They have a ton of food options to choose from so I'll definitely return to try other stuff Ps if you're debating on getting the cinnamon rolls, just do it
Finally got to visit for breakfast and, wow, were there options! I was bouncing between the Breakfast Combo and the Smoked Salmon Benedict. And while the Benny won this round, I've gotta come back for that combo to try their pancakes. The inside is homey and absolutely beach dining vibes. For a second I thought I was eating somewhere by the shore. It really added to the "just sit back and enjoy" feeling even when the restaurant got seemingly busier. Nevertheless the dining experience was smooth sailing. The Benedict itself was loaded with pickled onions & tomatoes, which I didn't even realize was on the menu. Nice touch to the dish! The potatoes were perfect and I couldn't have asked for better poached eggs. So good!
Went here for brunch with friends. I started with the beet juice mix, and I was pleasantly surprised at how balanced the drink was. There was a right mix of ginger and other fruits, and the strong taste and aftertaste of the beets was well masked. For food, I ordered the lox benedict as I always do at brunch places. It was seasoned very well. The eggs were done perfectly, the English muffin crunchy, and the salmon fresh. My only complaint was I would've liked more hollandaise sauce, and the sauce itself was a little goopy. The side of bacon I ordered with the lox benedict was not crunchy and very chewy :( Fantastic and friendly service, and there was trivia playing on the tv which was super fun :D. Overall, a very good meal and a fun place to spend with friends.
The food was excellent. It came out hot and it tasted very fresh. My only issue was the same. They were short on staff we were brought water immediately, and then our waiter disappeared. However, another young lady came over and helped us and apologized.
Came to Turning Point for breakfast and had a wonderful time. First of all.... CALL AHEAD! I didn't think you could and waited 35 minutes. However, it was well worth the wait. The restaurant has a large seating area, appealing decor, and cool framed slogans throughout. My Cold Brew Coffee, with the cold foam topping was very good. I really appreciated the separate small container, that allowed me to control the foam. The Salted Caramel MochaChino was large, sweet, and could not be finished. My Warm Winter Hash was one of the best I've had! The poached eggs, when unleashed, nicely covered every crevice of the skillet. When mixed, it was incredible. This dish placed it above First Watch, which used to be my number one eatery. The Three Lemon Blueberry Pancakes were large and could not be finished. Turning Point will be at the top of my breakfast to-go list and I also discovered, that they have Turning Points throughout the entire state. Don't hesitate to give them a try and enjoy.
Came here on a Saturday a little before noon and was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. We ended up waiting 15 minutes, which is not too bad for a weekend brunch I'd say! I got the autumn orchard toast without the goat cheese and I asked for the chopped bacon to be on the side. I love apples, so it was a pretty tasty dish for me. Personally, I would've preferred if the bread was toasted a bit more. I do like how it was presented on the wooden board. For my drink, I got a hot vanilla chai tea. At first, I was disappointed that my drink was not filled to the top. But the mug is just so huge, it was actually a lot of chai tea. I couldn't end up finishing it because of how much was in there. The drink itself was amazing. The inside of the restaurant is very clean. I would come back! I would get the vanilla chai tea again, but would probably choose a different dish.
